Vintage jerseys may differ from modern garments in fit, construction, labelling, and materials.

8. Watches

Pre-owned watches may show disclosed cosmetic wear and may have replacement straps, batteries, links, parts, or service history.

Unless expressly stated:

• Water resistance is not guaranteed;

• Service history is not guaranteed;

• Timekeeping precision may vary;

• Original packaging and papers are not included; and

• Batteries and wearable components may have a limited remaining life.

9. Prices

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery under our Return and Refund Policy.

EU consumers generally have a separate 14-day statutory withdrawal right.

14. Legal Guarantee for Second-Hand Goods

Second-hand goods purchased from a professional seller remain protected by the applicable legal guarantee of conformity.

Updates will not retroactively remove accrued consumer rights.
