ABOUT US

Welcome to 8dollarsale.shop

Welcome to 8dollarsale.shop, an online store offering pre-owned sneakers, jerseys, watches, branded hats, clothing, accessories, and other second-hand products.

Our goal is to give products another opportunity to be used and appreciated while providing customers with clear information about condition, included accessories, delivery, returns, and consumer rights.

Our Product Selection

Our changing collection may include:

• Pre-owned sneakers;

• Pre-owned sports jerseys;

• Vintage and contemporary clothing;

• Pre-owned watches;

• Pre-owned branded hats;

• Bags and fashion accessories;

• Collectible fashion products; and

• Other second-hand branded goods.

Because products are pre-owned, many items are individual pieces and may not be available again after they are sold.

Pre-Owned Condition

A pre-owned product is not expected to be identical to a new product.

Depending on its age and history, a product may show:

• Creasing;

• Fading;

• Scratches;

• Sole wear;

• Fabric wear;

• Stitching wear;

• Hardware wear;

• Minor staining;

• Previous repair;

• Replacement components;

• Storage-related characteristics; or

• Missing original packaging.

We aim to describe material condition issues and show relevant photographs on the product page.

Customers should review the full description and all available photographs before purchasing.

Product Grading and Descriptions

Any condition grade is a general guide and should be considered together with the written description and photographs.

The specific product page should identify, where relevant:

• Known defects;

• Measurements;

• Labelled size;

• Actual condition;

• Included accessories;

• Whether original packaging is included;

• Known repairs or alterations;

• Available serial or model information; and

• Available authenticity information.

Authenticity

We do not knowingly offer counterfeit products.

Products identified as branded are represented as genuine based on the information reasonably available to us. We do not claim that a product was authenticated by a particular third-party service unless that assessment actually occurred.

Customers with a reasonable authenticity concern should contact us promptly and provide supporting information.

Independent Reseller

8dollarsale.shop is an independent second-hand retailer.

Unless expressly stated, we are not the official store, authorized dealer, manufacturer, sponsor, or affiliate of any third-party brand appearing on our website.

Third-party brand names and trademarks are used only to identify the relevant pre-owned products and remain the property of their respective owners.

Sneakers and Jerseys

Pre-owned sneakers may show disclosed sole wear, creasing, scuffs, fading, replacement laces, or other use-related characteristics.

Pre-owned jerseys and clothing may show disclosed fabric wear, fading, cracking graphics, stitching variation, repairs, or sizing differences associated with age.

Customers should review measurements because vintage and pre-owned sizing may differ from current sizing standards.

Pre-Owned Watches

Pre-owned watches may show disclosed scratches, strap wear, replacement components, battery use, or age-related performance differences.

Unless expressly stated on the product page:

• Water resistance is not guaranteed;

• Complete service history is not available;

• Original boxes and papers are not included;

• Timekeeping precision may vary; and

• Decorative items shown in photographs are not included.

Free Standard Shipping

We provide free standard shipping on all accepted orders.

Our estimated total delivery period is 15 to 20 calendar days from the order date, unless another estimate is clearly displayed before checkout.

Some valuable products may require tracked delivery, signature confirmation, or additional security procedures.

Thirty-Day Returns

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered and with all supplied accessories, tags, security seals, and documentation.

Our voluntary return program does not reduce mandatory consumer rights, including the EU right of withdrawal and remedies for counterfeit, defective, or materially misdescribed products.

Consumer Protection

Pre-owned goods sold by a professional trader remain protected by applicable consumer law.

A disclosed sign of normal wear is not the same as an undisclosed defect. If a product is materially worse than described, incorrectly supplied, counterfeit, or otherwise non-conforming, customers should contact us promptly.

Privacy and Checkout

Our store uses Shopify’s e-commerce infrastructure to provide website, shopping-cart, checkout, order, and security functions.

Personal information may be processed for payment, delivery, fraud prevention, authenticity inquiries, customer support, returns, refunds, and legal compliance.

Further information is available in our Privacy Policy.
